About

A small site about slow games

Gaming Welowenig is about one kind of game: free, in the browser, and slow enough to fit around a job. The list is short so each entry can say something useful, such as how many times a day a war game will want you back.

What we cover and what we don't

We write about free-to-start strategy and city-building games. We don't cover casinos, betting or any game played for money, and we never will. We also don't give personal advice; the fair play page has general tips, nothing more.

How the site pays for itself

Some links to games are referral links that may earn us a fee. A game is listed because it fits the theme, and the fee doesn't change the description.

Both languages

The site is written in English and French. The French pages are written separately, not run through a translator, so phrasing differs a little between the two.
