Privacy policy

This policy applies to gamingwelowenig.com in English and French. The short version: we only receive what you choose to send us.

Information we receive

If you use the contact form or email us, we get your name, your email address and your message. We don't request anything else. This site never asks for passwords, payment card numbers, banking information or identity documents.

The form service

Messages from the form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside service with its own privacy terms. Messages may be processed on servers outside Canada while in transit.

Use and retention

We use messages to reply and to correct the site. We don't sell them or use them for marketing. We delete them within 12 months unless the conversation is still going.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies, no analytics, no ad scripts. Our host keeps routine server logs such as IP addresses and request times for security.

Game websites

Once you follow a link to a game, the game company's privacy policy applies.

Access, correction, deletion

Write to [email protected] to see, fix or delete what we hold about you. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for Quebec residents, Quebec's private-sector privacy law. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
